Request an Order⚠️ Please note: Submitting an order request does not automatically confirm your order. All requests must be reviewed and confirmed by us before your order is official. You will receive a confirmation reply once your request has been approved.
To get started, submit an order request here with your name, desired flavor(s), size, and preferred pickup date. Once we review availability and confirm your request, we will follow up with payment instructions. Payment is due upon confirmation to secure your spot, as we have limited slots available each presale. Requests must be submitted at least 3 days in advance; flan orders require a minimum of 3 days and 24-packs require 5 days. We are a home-based cottage food bakery operating out of Sacramento, CA.
Pickup Only. Lush Leches Bakery currently operates as a pickup-only service. We do not offer shipping or delivery at this time.
Location: Pickup location details will be shared via DM after your order is confirmed. Pickup takes place in the Sacramento, CA area.
Pickup Window: Your specific pickup time will be coordinated through Instagram DM. Please be on time — if you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, your order may be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
Fresno Pop-Ups: Occasional pop-up pickups are offered in the Fresno area. Availability will be announced in advance via Instagram Stories. Orders for Fresno pickups follow the same lead-time and payment requirements.
Identification: Please be prepared to provide your name and order confirmation when picking up.
Order Handoff: Once an order is picked up and leaves our hands, Lush Leches Bakery is not responsible for any damage, spoilage, or quality issues resulting from improper transport or storage by the customer.
Storage Tip: Tres leches and flan must be kept refrigerated. Consume within 3–4 days of pickup for best quality.
All sales are final. Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed and payment is received.
Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted via DM at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within this window may receive a store credit toward a future order at our discretion — no cash refunds will be issued.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before pickup are not eligible for a refund or store credit.
No-shows: If you do not pick up your order within the agreed pickup window and have not communicated with us in advance, your order will be forfeited with no refund.
Quality Concerns: If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us via DM within 24 hours of pickup with photos. We will review each situation individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a partial store credit. We do not issue cash refunds.
Lush Leches Bakery reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, supply issues, etc.). In this case, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
